I found a gorgeous, limited edition bag that I have been wanting but didn’t think I would ever find for sale. They stated it was in excellent condition minus one flaw (interior stain) that was already shown in the photo. They have excellent and very prompt communication and super fast shipping. I was so excited for delivery day I told my boss I had to take a couple hours off work so I could wait at home to sign for it. I excitedly unboxed my bag when it arrived and it was just as beautiful as I imagined. Unfortunately, it has a very strong odor of perfume or something, and not a great one either! I guess for a $7500 bag purchase I just assumed it wouldn’t have an odor. I was so happy to find it I didn’t even think to ask about an odor but now it’s just a reminder to me to always ask about odors with pre-loved bags. I really hope the smell dissipates because I do love this bag. Otherwise, I am sure I will be shopping here again if I find something else I like, as I assume the smell came from the previous owner of the bag and not the shop. I would love to stop in the store if I am ever in the area.

Really seem less experience and super friendly people, I had emailed the owner about a bag that I was interested in and he responded to me very quickly and I was able to go in and get the bag. Bag was in just as good as condition that they had initially said, and they were super Respectful and not bother someone when I was looking at the bag, they let me take as long as I wanted it and weren't there pressuring me. We'll definitely be looking at buying from this place And I recommend anybody who's in the market for a bag to check this place out.

Great experience selling my Gucci purse! This was my first experience selling a designer bag, and my first experience with SellYourBags I submitted my bag and pictures online. They contacted me with a consignment offer, and a buy-out offer. I chose the buy-out offer. They emailed me a paid shipping label, and once they received my bag and authenticated it, they emailed me a check- all within 7-10 days including the shipping time! They paid me what they quoted and the offer price did not change once they received the bag. Hope this helps anyone looking to sell!

I am very impressed with this company. This is the first time I have purchased a pre owned bag. I did a lot of my own research and studied the pictures closely. I noticed they had a phone number so I called to see if I could get any more information and was beyond impressed that they not only answered (which doesn't seem to happen much anymore with companies) they took the time to get the bag I was looking at, describe it fully, go over pictures, and then make videos of the bag right then and text them to me. They did not try to hide any imperfections and discussed them with me. They even did a small cleaning of an area I noticed. They were kind, courteous and professional. I received my bag and it was exactly as described. For a "splurge" I am beyond pleased and would buy from them again.
